Quite possibly the perfect job.
Demand for financial planning is at an all-time high. Yet we face a shortage of competent, ethical financial planners, and awareness of financial planning as a career is extremely low among young people. CFP Board aims to change that.
“Quite Possibly the Perfect Job” is a new digital ad campaign encouraging college-bound high school students and college students to explore financial planning as a rewarding, impactful career choice. Students are encouraged to learn more and receive CFP Board’s Guide to Careers in Financial Planning.
The campaign supports our Workforce Development Initiative, a crucial component of CFP Board’s multiyear strategic plan, and is separate from our consumer-focused Public Awareness Campaign.
Campaign Videos
The ad campaign uses a series of fantasy jobs to catch the attention of college students and college-bound high school students. Since these "jobs" don’t exist, the ads highlight the unique benefits of a financial planning career.
Social Media
The visual elements of the campaign are designed to pique young people’s interest in a crowded social media landscape. The ads allow for quality engagement, and for our audience to share the campaign with their peers.
Audio Ad
This appears during breaks on streaming services like Spotify. So, while students listen to tunes during a study session, we’ll be there reminding them that there are rewarding career paths in the financial planning profession.
Display ads
Beyond social media, display campaigns are an effective way to reach college-bound high school students and college students. These ads may appear while viewers are watching their favorite gaming streamers or while they’re doing research on a news site.
